GAA Discussion / Donegal vs Tyrone may 17th

Not long till the Ulster championship gets underway with the clash of Donegal vs Tyrone in 2 weeks time

The 2 teams have met on a regular bases in the ulster championship in the last few year (3 of last 4 championships) with Donegal coming out on top in all 3 games. They also won the most recent game between the counties (10 point victory in this years league). The recent games have you wondering do Donegal have the mental advantage over this Tyrone team. I see today Micky Harte has decided to not  train in garvagh as he's worried of Donegal watching training sessions, instead he's decided to move training around the county

On the team front Donegal have a clean bill of health apart from mcelhinney ( expected to return to training this week) and young oconnor (could be fit in time but has played no real part in team this year yet) whereas if rumours are to be believed Sean cavanagh is struggling with a knee injury and was reported that he will put off surgery on it and instead take pain killing injections in order to play.

It's a game I've personally been looking forward to since the draw was made and seems I'm not the only one. 3504 tickets went on sake yesterday online and were sold out inside a half hour.

GAA Discussion / Dublin vs Donegal Croke Park 7/2/15

How are we 1 day away from this game and still have no topic on it. What's everyone's opinion on it will jim Gavin play a stronger team this weekend or will he continue to experiment with the younger lads

Must say I've not looked forward to a league game as much in a long tine. Great to play in croke park and should be a good crowd to help create a good atmosphere

Good to see the ulster council has made the right decision for once nd have fixed this game for ballybofey. The rush for tickets has started already with reports that both counties are only getting 6000 each
