Hello there, my 1st thread, hope to reach 2 pages on this   :D

I have just started going to a gym to try and strengthen up a bit and get fitter obviously, however i have just realised that I dislike lifting weights, mainly because i find it boring and also because I'm usually beside some fecker who is the size of Vin Diesel lifting about 20 times the weight I would be capable of!  Does anyone have a program or suggest exercises to strengthen you arms and core area without having to lift big weights?
