Was reading a thread about some bloke trying to get fit for championship and all the board members various training regimes so I got the idea to see who would be the strongest on the board. Quite childish maybe but anyway, criteria is a single unassisted one rep max on the bench press. I can hit 85kg but that should be tuppence to the boards real heavy hitters lol. Be honest ladies...
