I dont know about this.. Good job his brother is a priest allthough westmeath were that bad last year you'd want to set up a religion for them never mind prayers... Hopefully he brings something fresh to the camp because we do have good backs but I'd have to disagree about the midfield. Our best Midfielder last year played for 30 mins in 1 game....

Brian Dooher must have been coaching mulligan on how to dive.... :D
Dooher is the only man I ever seen getting a puck in the ribs and go down holding his face like he'd been shot....

A few off the top of my head...

2 points for a sideline cut.
Take the timekeeping off the ref he has enough to be at.
Red Card for lads diving (Tempted to name and shame but will refrain)
I think a Ref in each half wouldnt be a bad Idea either.

I for one am happy enough to see Ciaran Whelan retire with no All Ireland medal. The man never deserved one. He was never a tough, fair man just a tr**p. Bastick will take over this crown it looks like. He was very lucky to stay on the pitch monday. Dublin are closer to winning an hurling championship than the football.
Kerry had a combined totatl of 43 all ireland medals on the pitch Monday. I dont see how Dublin are going to compete with that going forward. It's also a poor reflection on leinster football.

Were Kildare a poor reflection on Leinster football the day before against the All-Ireland champions?

No they werent but when have they won leinster last? I thought they kicked it away against Dublin in the final to be honest. Not enough composure in front of the posts. I hope they go on and win it next year.
