Folks, was wondering if some of you could confirm if my season ticket is good to go for tomorrow, have emailed below to SEASONTICKET@gaa.ie with no reply.

I have a GAA season ticket purchased for the Westmeath games. This ticket was bought as a gift for me by my sister. However she was not aware this ticket includes all championship games westmeath will play in. As she is a student you might understand that she wouldnt be flush with cash and hence if the ticket is charged to her Laser card, there may not be money available to purchase admission to game.
I was wondering if it was possible to transfer the laser card registered with this ticked to my own card.
Also i want to confirm that the ticket is OK for the game on Sunday.

got my season ticket today, great except that they have a different name on the ticket....rang croke park and they were closed a bit of a handling

The same happened to me (got the ticket as a gift and the buyers name was on the ticket) I e-mailed them at seasonticket@gaa.ie and they quickly responded telling me to get the buyer to contact them and the name would be changed. Also they told me there wont be a problem gaining access to the game on Sunday with existing ticket.

Ticket came in the post today, got it as a Christmas present and the buyers name (my sister) is on the ticket, will I still be able to use it? Indecently she bought one for my Da as well and yes, her name is on that on also! Are these transferable? Will an ID be required when entering games?

Congrats to Both Gary C and JK, both were the most consistent and reliable players all year for WH.

I remember they lost to Dublin in O'Connor Park as well one day, it may have been before 1992. I remember that big blondy lad with the mullet, I think he was from Coralstown-Kinnegad (Lynch??) came on and one of the Dublin lads on the hill shouted 'Jaysis, I know Westmeath is bleedin' small, but could they not find 15 bleedin' fellas to play?'

David Martin was involved with the Westmeath minors in the mid-nineties if memory serves me correctly? Maroon Heaven was he on the 1995 squad by any chance?

I went for a spin in a new Toyota Aurion  a few weeks back.  It doesn't have the traditional handbrake but uses a foot pedal where the clutch would be in a manual car.
