Presumably because Leinster has the most counties in the c'ship (11) it takes the longest to run off, thus always gets put in the 2nd semi.

it's not always the last of the Provincial Finals though

No not really but im just wondering why the arrange,net is in place. It seems rather odd.

Can anyone explain why the Leinster champions or whoever may have beaten them in the quarters are always in the second AI semi final?
