What's the story with Stokes . Since the arrival of the new fellows he has barely got any game time and in the stands Thursday night .!?

I think the problem lies s lot deeper than players leaving the panel but I see your point . Laois football needs to get back to basics and that means getting some structure back in place in the underage system which was so evident from the mid 90s and onwards .

Begley was listed at corner back .. Did he play there ?  It's just a little unusual to see him back in the corner .!

Disappointing night to say the least . The first half wasn't great by either side and Keenan's frees kept us in it . Very defensive all evening and simply fell apart in the second half . Could see Cha s sending off coming all night .
Last week was a blip . This is more of a serious setback and questions will be asked . Whelan and Hyland seem to be struggling a bit with form . Hopefully Pickys injury is not too serious .

3 Laois guys playing by the looks of it . Meridth , Begley and Boyle who kept Geaney scoreless by all accounts .

It is pretty clear the current manager is not the flavor of the month with a lot of players . Change is needed starting from the bottom up .  The current crop of players available to the county are obviously not finding any inspiration from the present set-up.
