General discussion / Re: 2023 World Cup

Going on the last world cup in New Zealand they used 12 stadiums in 12 different cities/town across the country. Average capacity roughly 28000.

In terms of stadiums Ireland has more that enough. However I'm not sure if we would be able to get an even spread of stadiums across the country and the majority of the GAA stadiums in Ireland are still terraced which may be an issue.

That being said if Casement park and Páirc Uí Chaoimh are sorted by 2023 that would be big boost and I'm sure some of the terraces in current GAA grounds could have seating installed. Could also potentially use venues outside of the county like Millennium Stadium and Murrayfield (England are staging games in Cardiff for next years world cup and France also availed of the Millennium Stadium during the 2007 world cup).

If the bid is well planned and managed well we are in with a shout, would personally love to see it happening!

Whats your budget?

400-450 max GBP

Are these 2in1 type any good whereby they are both laptop and tablet....

I personally would rather just go for a smaller sized laptop (like 13 inch)- get better bang for your buck.

Tablet pc's prone to damage and cant embrace that much data, which doesn't really suit if you have  loads of film and videos.

If your streaming loads make sure you have a good network card/Wireless to get the best out of your broadband. At a minimum I would make sure you have 8GB of RAM, at least 2.00 GHz processor and 1TB of storage should be more than enough storage.

Have bought machines of PC world before and signed up for there Know How cover plan - 7.99  a month or something. Definitely worth having in my opinion and it has saved me a few times!

As Parishes go Coalisland/Clone  in tyrone area must be up there. Not entirely sure what way the parish breakdown is  but within a 7-8 mile radius there is a serious number of clubs.

Coalisland, Clonoe, Ardboe, Moortown, Derrylaughlin,Brockagh, Stewartstown, Derrytresk,Killyman,  Brackaville, Dungannon, Edendork, Ballinderry

You have named more than a few parishes there, however for a relatively small area it has produced some great ballers and teams - over 40 senior Tyrone championships have been won between the clubs. Interestingly enough I believe part of Ballinderry's parish is in Tyrone, and have been told that Enda Muldoon used to play for Tyrone under age teams. Anyway heres the names of a few players from that area:

Frank McGuigan - Ardboe (All Star 1984)
Fay Devlin - Ardboe (All Star 1995)
Brian McGuigan - Ardboe (All Star 2003)
Tommy McGuigan- Ardboe
Gavin Devlin - Ardboe
Kyle Coney - Ardboe
Kevin McCabe - Clonoe (All Star 1980)
Damian O'Hagan - Coalisland (All Star 1986)
Gerald Cavlan - Dungannon
Chris Lawn - Moortown
Stephen Lawn - Moortown
P.J Quinn - Moortown
Paul Devlin - Moortown
