Fuzzman any chance you could contact TG4 and get a few freeze-frames of Conor Gormley's stamp on a Cork player lying on the ground during the league game this year?

Just to clear up any confusion about Armagh "taking out" Martin Dunne. After the parade Cavan were lined up in front of the goals for the anthem at which point Dunne was getting treatment on his hand from the physio. His HAND, not his ARM. The TV pictures last night showed him in a sling on the sideline but he had an ice-pack on his hand. I'm not 100% sure how this happened as I didn't see it but maybe he punched someone during the melee. Or maybe, as Oisin McConville suggested, an Armagh player head butted him on the hand.

Thanks for clearing up that confusion.

Glad you were able to follow.

Have listened to the Barry Glendenning and Paul Kimmage interviews. Top class stuff, Regan is an excellent interviewer.

Taquin Du Seuil makes his chasing debut at Ffos Las this afternoon. He should take high rank among the novices.
I think we'll be seeing plenty of winner arising from that Neptune last season, that was a high class renewal with The New One, Pont Alexandre, Rule The World and TDS.

Bet Victor paying 8 places at 1/4 the odds. They're subsequently a few points shorter than most bookies on most players but the extra place is ample compensation.

I see over on orchard county Armagh have named same team for sat evening...if there was going to be a change I'd have thought Stefan Campbell would have been in but its hard to change a winning side. This will be a tough game...Armagh by 1pt.
Having seen him coming on against Wicklow and Leitrim I haven't seen anything to suggest he is worth a starting place. Who would you drop?

Had more ante-post bets this year than most, the best of these would be:

Champagne Fever 25/1 - Supreme
Binocular 25/1 - Champion Hurdle
Taquin Du Seuil 10/1 - Neptune
Unioniste 10/1 - RSA
Rolling Star 14/1 - Triumph

Was on Back In Focus at big prices on Betfair for the RSA but it looks like he's going for the 4 miler now.

Paddy Power did a text bet special with Sprinter, Simonsig and Bobs Worth 10/1 (enhanced from just over 7/1) so I have a few quid on that too.

Why are the U21s being risked ahead of Wednesday's game against Cavan? I think this is a terrible decision, especially in the case of Pete C who has played very little football since his injury. If Vernon is injured then maybe management have a case but this smacks of short termism. I honestly think a good run in the U21s is more important to the long term future of Armagh football than avoiding relegation to Division 2.

Weford (-2) 11/10 away to Offaly. Wexford racking up some big scores so far, Offaly not going too well and might not play their under 21 starters with a Leinster semi-final coming up Wednesday week.

Smaller bets on Armagh (+6), Laois (+4), Fermanagh (-3).

If you like your steak try Buenos Aires Grill http://www.buenosairesgrill.ie/ or Darwins http://www.darwins.ie/. Both pricey enough but great quality steaks.

Big game tonight against the Slovaks. Late injury to Shane Long means Kevin Doyle starts. A win tonight should seal second place and then head to Russia with alot of the pressure off. It won't be easy tonight though...it never is. Come on YBIG.
