Parked up at Sandyford and got Luas in and out.

M50 wasn't too bad at 4.30ish.

Anywhere between St Stephen's Green area up to around the River?

If I parked at edge of city and walked in is traffic around 4.30-5pm very bad to get through city?

I would be coming from South and heading North after meeting.

Looking somewhere free/cheap to park in Central Dublin from early morning until late afternoon?
