What is next?
Is the Utility Regulator on a brown envelope?
What the f**k as right but never fear, Gordon Brown will sort it out.

What a f**king knob! Does this man have a clue? I think not.
I have no issue with pensioners or disabled people getting help. However I'm just delighted that my taxes will ensure that lazy c***ts (who are well fit to work) won't be cold when they sit at home on their arse all day. Meantime I'll also happily ensure that these companies get their millions of pounds of profits.
I never thought I'd say it but I think it's time for the conservatives.

Paying nearly £400 in rent alone so dunno how the france im gonna afford to pay utility bills this winter, its really gonna be a choice between heating and eating.

No harm to you, but your not far off a mortgage payment with that rent!

And you'll get no help because the government don't seem to realise that working people are struggling too. They think the solution is to throw money at the "poorest" as they call them i.e. the work shy c***ts, and that will sort everything out.
Was up seeing my friend in the holylands to see the house she's renting for this year and at the moment she's the only one there and she said she is refusing to pay to heat the place for herself so she uses her hairdryer to warm the bed and curls up in bed to stay warm!!!

Would be better with a blow heater.
Blow heaters are while sore on the leccy bill-ive tried all the tricks
Do they add a lot to the bill Maggie?? It's quite annoying the heating in our place in Cork is electric and I don't like it seems to take ages to heat up the room.

here's a trick a big g.a.a type man with loads of "meat on him" to keep ya warm! not only are u saving money but also all the global warming/carbon footprint thingy...blah blah......
electric blankets work a treat but if u forget to turn them of then UH-OH!!!!!
or wear the smallest amount of clothing and when it gets unbearable put on a jumper and u'll feel the benefit then......
buy an old latern like the camper ones.....
use a steel keetle and a tea cosy (this cud b a beenie) for keeping ur tea warm throughout the day..... it will be stewed like f$%k but warm!
go to public places that are warm..... librarys, musemns, churches etc!
::) :P :P ::) :P eddie hobbs eat ur heart out!
An the townies all laughed at me for keeping the open fire and plumbing in a back bolier :D
Will be picking up a trailer load of turf from Glencolmcille this weekend which should see me through the worst.
Surely Norn Iron Electricity and Phoenix Gas should be forced to reduce their profit margins. I could understand a price rise if they were getting it tight, but they are making millions.
Insulate your home? Mine is very well insulated, it still costs a fortune to heat??? Oil is now just below $100 a barrell from a high of $150, yet petrol prices have only dropped slightly.
Its all a revenue generator for the various governments and the man in the street is the loser again.

Blow heaters adding to your electric bill is a myth - I have never noticed a change in the electric bill due to the use of them.
Electric heating is shit!
The best form of heat is central gas.

With the amount of hot air you produce heating should not be a problem! ;)
