The one that gets to me is the ad that says that Lucozade hydrates faster than water...? - ie puts water in your system faster than water? WHAT CAN HYDRATE FASTER THAN WATER?

Skimmed milk aparrantly. At Loughbourgh University last year they studied rehydration levels of athletes after training and tested water, Lucozade, etc etc and the liquid which performed best at rehydration was skimmed milk. So dont spend £1.25 on 500 ml of lucozade sport, it may be better than water but it is worse than milk. And a pint of milk is much cheaper.
