Title: Has anyone used Trainsmart??
Post by: parttimeexile on October 22, 2007, 01:41:15 PM
I am thinking about getting a trainsmart fitness test done which is supposed to show the optimum level to train at for the best benefits. Anyone have any experience of or know anything about it?

The metablolic testing would seem to be very useful. Was talking to the guy that runs it and he was telling me that you can actually train too hard and your body burns sugar instead of fat and it is much harder to lose weight and get fitter.

Yes for a 20-30 the average is heart rate is 130 for fat burn and 160 for sugar.
