Conal Keaney for Dubs. Keaney has the strongest pair of arms in the game and if he has the ball in one hand he can hold off an army with the other arm and push opponents out of the way with the speed of them feckin barriers on the toll bridge. and then more often swing around and kick it over the bar.  If we meet again I will put something in his Energizer down in the club.

Laois had already lost three of their best players before they met the Dubs, Joe Higgins and Aiden Fennelly  had a better understanding of each others game.  Garvan and the rest of the injured lads might have made a difference but we can't afford to loose anymore.

If we were to play Kerry then I'd like to see Marc O'Se tied up like King Puck and left in Killorglin 'till it was over.

Bar Connor Gormley its mainly lethal forwards and free takes, sometimes both. And big influential midfielders.

Monaghan could do without losing Dessie Mone - A class performer at corner back this year. Played well on Mulligan on Sunday (only for mulligan to con frees from the ref). He also did a good job on Coulter and on Bradley already this year.

But I still agree with most posts here that losing Tommy would be a disaster altogether.  Scored 1-3 on Sunday after Conor Gormley did a great job on him (1-2 from play)

It can be difficult to know from the outside. players rated highly by onlookers may not have as big an adverse psychological impact if they were to get inured as we may think.

Dublin - Alan Brogan
Kerry - Dara O'Se
Tyrone - Conor Gormley
Derry - Fergal Doherty
Sligo - Eamon O'Hara
Cork - James Masters
Laois - Padraig Clancy
Monaghan - Thomas Freeman
Louth - Paddy Keenan
Donegal - Karl Lacey
Meath - Anthony Moyles
Galwy - Diarmuid Blake

Sean Cavanagh first and foremost - then Conor Gormley.

I've a horrible feeeling that time will prove that Tyrone have already lost to injury the player they can't afford to lose - Brian McGuigan

Dublin - Ciaran Whelan
Kerry - Dara O'Se/Colm Cooper
Tyrone - Conor Gormley/Sean Cavanagh
Derry - Paddy Bradley
Sligo - Eamon O'Hara
Cork - James Masters
Laois - Ross Munnelly
Monaghan - Thomas Freeman
Louth - Paddy Keenan
Donegal - Kevin Cassidy
Meath - Anthony Moyles

As mentioned Tyrone have lost their main player in McGuigan, and in a way they have also lost Stevie O'Neill.  Niggling hamstring injury has and will curtail his involvement and if he does play I can't seem him being anywhere near 100% (Hope I'm proved wrong though).

Kerry would drastically miss Darragh or Gooch, while I think Dublin would miss Alan Brogan (although inconsistent) up front.

Dublin - Brian Cullen. He's the mainstay of the defence, and is their best player in the half back line. Replacing him would be difficult, and put a lot more pressure on Ross McConnell
Kerry - Dara Ó Sé
Tyrone - Seán Cavanagh
Derry - Paddy Bradley
Sligo - Mark Brehony. If he's gone who'll get Sligo's scores? Forget about O'Hara.
Cork - James Masters
Laois - Tom Kelly. They've too few big menas it is.
Meath - Darren Fay. Absolutely vital to the Meath defence. Holds the full back line together.
Galway - Finian Hanley. We've nobody to replace him. Fitzy would probably be moved inside, and he's having a bad season. The likes of Blake while a rock of our defence could be replaced with little fuss by Coyne.

Would you's give over about Mulligan diving. The time everyone is talking about was after the Monaghan player had tripped him and then put a we kick in when he was down, he got up and won a soft free. It was deserved becasue of what happened just before he pulled the Monaghan player to win the free.

Have you seen Galway this year? We've lost him for the last two games. Unless you mean Nicky, still no way could he be our most important player

karl lacey is a class act were in bother if we lose him.. barry monaghan is also a very important player for us after that nearly every other position is covered.. bar possibly one of the midfielders
