Come on Tiger Tim!  ;D

I have no interest in watching the tennis, but I'd actually like to see him win it at this stage though.  Though I feel theres a better chance of hell freezing over at this stage.

Sue Barker has been found hanging in centre court after receiving the news young Andy hurt his wrist pulling his plums....

Federer will win the mens in a canter and the wemens is unwatchable.

i dont think federer will drop a set, he is incredible on grass and if he ever did crack he would be unstoppable. :P

Have a hundred quid on Moya today against the Tiger at 6/4, I know Moya hates grass etc but he's a former world number one and grand slam winner so just went for the value.

As for the outrights, Federer will win, he won today at a canter.

The womens, I'd have to go for either Mauresmo or Henin, you can get 4/1 the pair playing the final. Dangers being Sharappova, and you can never rule out the man beast Willliams'!!

Henmania makes me boke more than a vat of blue WKD! As a bloke he seems alright but all those middle-class, middle-aged "wacky" bastard fans make me want to strafe the crowd with an anti-aircraft gun!  >:(

Called off due to light 5-5 final set. Least my bet still going!!

Four match points there, was bricking them. Though the Tiger didn't even get a return in play from any of the four, what a bottler.

Regardless of my bet I just hope he loses anyway so don't have to listen to those twats in the crowd anymore when daz boy is playing, or whatever f**king soap powder he endorses.

I feel sorry for Henman himself. Its not his fault the shit that surrounds him.
Title: Re: Wimbledon
Post by: Stranworst on June 26, 2007, 10:27:44 AM
I know it's not his fault but it still annoys me. The same with Lewis Hmailton, personally I don't mind Lewis at all, fair play to hmi doing so well in his first season but ITV are completely overboard with the Lewis love-ins every F1 weekend.

PS Come on Carlos!! Viva Espana!

You have to say fair play to Henman yesterday though, 2-4, 15-40 and to get match points for 6-4 is some comeback.

But the English following is pretty dumb!

Maria Sharapova just won her match with Chang. 1st set was easy for her and was won in just 32 minutes, In the second set though it was very tense between them and went right down to the wire 5-5 at one point but Sharapova went on to win 7-5 in the end. Great match.
