Title: Fonacab
Post by: take_yer_points on June 01, 2023, 02:10:11 PM
Was it Fonacab or Value Cabs the taxi driver that released the video footage of the couple in his car worked for?

Another taxi driver in Belfast in a bit of bother now

Staged?
Looks like the cars own dashcam!
Unless Fonacab are insisting drivers fit them and the driver is thick as champ and doesn't know they are always on and broadcasting to the office.

Evidently he is, but sure the peelers will let him off as having guns in your car isn't that big of a deal nowadays if you're on the PSNI payroll.

It reminded  me of Joey  in Friends making  the scene in his apartment,  after he was cut from a TV show.  Then shows hi s granny,  so she thinks  he was  really in the show

All that was  missing  here was someone threatening to shoot  a duck

Will be interesting to see how this pans out. Wonder will the Donaghadee KC be taking an unfair dismissal case for him the way he did the lad from Emerson's?  Have to say that the NI Industrial Tribunals is the place to be at the moment with Donna Traynor there too with the BBC!!

Watched it again there, it's almost like a comedy sketch, smacking your man in the gob with the big hand cannon, then telling him he'd have lost his knees if it wasn't for his "mate" in the back all the while turning round and pointing the gun at the "mate".

The "mate" then almost in shock saying he's shaking like a leaf....

Only in Belfast. ;D

Apologising to the fella in the back too.

Think I prefer the dashcam footage from Value Cabs better  :P

Not yet. Generally it takes 3-4 months for a ruling but given that this case was heard by the President I suspect the decision will be out sooner...he doesn't hang around!

If it's the one in the estate surrounded by ghetto rats. That's another (loyalist sc**bag) fella entirely, lifted in Cregagh estate for possession of a machete.

Because it was initially portrayed as Loyalist drug gangs in a turf fight, local media tried to get the Loyalist part dropped off all reporting on this as the peelers walked hand in hand with these lads through the town and had the helicopter hovering over the place.

The media coverage died a death yet the petrol bombings of certain businesses and houses went on, people being relocated to other area's etc etc.

You can't be having that in the press as we start the marching season, nothing to see here, move swiftly on.
