TRying to get back into shape, and rather than aimlessly running at the gym with no goal, I'd be keen to try and set program - going about 3 times a week.
So, anyone know any good routines, or links to good links to some standard workout routines for getting back into shape.....I'd like to combine a fair amount of cardio with regular weight based training.
