Anyone know what time in the morning the traffic starts to build up around Sprucefield? Need to be in Lisburn for 7.45 and have no clue what its like around that time. Would i be time enough aiming to be at sprucefield for 7.30?
It's busy but not a standstill at that time of the morning.
If you aimed for Sprucefield around 7.15 or so it'd leave you in good stead. 7.30 or later and it really starts to build up at Blaris.

Radio Ulster traffic update usually says that it's busy there after the 7:30 news headlines when I am in the car so, going by that, the other 2 guys are about right.
