What do people making of this, advertising to get more senior hurlers?

I think that the Dublin clubs should be more occupied tyring to prevent the loss of players through the juvenile years. I remember we had 80 under eights at our nursery and by the time they reached minor level we were down to a dodgy panel of 20 usually supplemented by some younger lads. I accept that every lad brought to nursery wont stay and will want to try other sports or none but we had two under 14 panels.
At adult level I can see players walking away if the panels are being filled by non club members.
