To successfully manage two different counties to national league success. Kildare in 2013 and Armagh last night?
When you start at the bottom the only way is up....
Mick O'Dwyer has 11 National Leagues as a player and manager just with Kerry. All in Division 1.
He probably wouldn't count a Division 2 or 3 one.

Congratulations, a huge achievement for all the Armagh players and management.
I would hardly class winning div 3 as "national league success"
To win NFL is div 1 only.

Kildare didn't win a league in 2013.
Our victory on Saturday night means that Ciaran McKeever and Andy Mallon would have NFL medals at Divisions 1, 2 and 3. Out of curiosity, would there be other players to achieve anything similar? If Roscommon were to achieve NFL success next year, then there are a lot of players will match that. *
* Genuine question by the way, rather than any attempt to crow - that spread of medals is more a reflection of how much we have fallen in the last ten years rather than a mark of on-going success.
Brendan Donaghy also?
