Cheers buddy your confirmation of time was what I used to attend.
Game was ok, Dublin had a second string out mainly . Galway in control with 5 mins to go , I think they were five points up and Dublin hit 1-2 without reply.
Conroy played in midfield for Galway until he was subbed and dominated that area , Thomas Flynn played well there too when he came in. Shane Walsh with a lovely goal in the first half, Lundy done ok, Burke looks too light . Hanley and the Galway defence in general still look a bit suspect when you go at them . Gary Sice had a good game and looks up for it.
Overall I went to look at Galway from a Mayo perspective albeit only a challenge game though, I am not overly concerned about what I saw . I think we will ate them alive come June the 14th. ( overly confident?)
Just to add a great crowd for a challenge game and well set up by skerries harps, food and drink, music, programme free and all you want on it . 10 euro in but a fair few scallys avoided payment by getting a vantage point from outside the ground.
