I'm sure the dogs abuse from so-called Armagh fans on this board might have swayed him to pack it in a little sooner than intended.

Disgraceful abuse.In all my years following Armagh only the abuse given to Paddy O'Rourke (also disgraceful) was on a par with that meted out to Mc Evoy

I actually think Tony that the abuse given to McAvoy was worse.

Wouldn't disagree with you.I cannot recall any other Armagh player getting such abuse from his own so called fans
