....is only 3 minutes away. I've heard little about it but I presume,
1. Marty will host it
2. It will be rubbish
3. It will take someone here less than 30 minutes to ask why they don't simply bring back breaking ball
No Marty.....so far.
There is no presenter
What's this?
No Marty and it's not bad so far.
Wonderful piece on Muligan.
How are you watching it Zulu?
At home in Ireland today Benny.
Excellent programme. Like a GAA version of Nationwide. Only better..
Just as good as breaking ball used to be, piece on Emlyn Mulligan was interesting and has obvious passion for the Leitrim jersey but rashers for breakfast before a championship match ;)

Ah right. Cheers
Good show. Some tasty lassies too.
Not bad
and no effin Marty thank God
Really like this show.
The piece with Dr Con about the Pairc down through the years was excellent.
Michael Moynihans description of the Dubs descending on Cork as the 'Zombie Apocalypse' was brilliant. ;D
Just watched it on the player there. Not bad at all.
I haven't seen this show, but I'm glad to hear it seems to be good. Credit where it's due.
It's on the RTE player, http://www.rte.ie/player/ie/show/10302830/
Excellent programme.
I dunno - I've just watched it and I didn't see much that was special about it. It presented articulate contributors who avoided cliché for the most part. There was no sitting on the bridge below the town and "I suppose"-ing and saying how Aughrim is always a hard place to go, Laois can put it up to any team on their day, etc.
But the presenter/voiceover fella (who is it - Daire O'Brien who does the Rabo rugby?) is a cliché machine tearing downhill with the brakes gone. And the content is nothing new. I did enjoy yer man from de paypur talking about zombie apocalypse and unbridled debauchery in Porky Kweeve. But is it good or are we just grateful to get something from RTÉ that isn't fronted by Marty Morrissey doing Donncha Ó Dúlaing in orange cladding?
That is a good point actually Hardy.
I dislike that Daire O'Briain lad intensely.
For a number of reasons.
Tell us about it.
A set-to outside the chip shop in Duleek? A disagreeable squabble over a young wan from Kilmessan?
Of course it's good. There's an art to getting a good interview and the production crew clearly know how to. You can get good material and then make a meal of it because you don't ask the right questions.
Daire O'Whatever is the only problem.

OK. Good point. No arguing with that.

Did he ever pay up and if he didn't I wonder where he bets now?
Nice wee piece on the Antrim 21s who won the AI in 69. Good show.
Saw it last night. Thought it was good, especially the Antrim section.
The piece on Liam McBarron was good.is his wife American or was that just a strong D4 accent? :)
Another excellent programme tonight. The Simon Zebo bit was great.
Take it this is finished for good ?
GAA and RTE just don't do good preview or review programmes
just get the Seo Spoirt lads/lassies onto RTE 2 twice a week and you'd have a great programme.
