Kerry are very poor, could bea while before they win another AI. Dublin should have had this game wrapped up by now. Had a couple of goal chances and Brogan missed a 14 yard free that a 6 year old would score.
Yes Dublin should be further ahead. But don't write off Kerry yet. Sure it's only February.

Would never write them off, but their new players haven't impressed either last week or today.
Think it shows that beyond their still very good but aging first 15 they probably don't have a whole pile coming through at the moment. Still be dangerous come the summer though.
Worst Kerry team I've ever see. Lucky to only lose by 10 points in the end. 4 points in 70 minutes.
Paddy Andrews missed 2 sitters for goals & Connolly brought back for a free with a great goal chance in 1st half as well.
O'Se & O'Mahony didn't have the legs to keep up Brogan & Paddy Andrews. Chasing shadows all day.
Div 2 for the kingdom me thinks. Lots of improvement to do but all not lost yet will a few of the big hitters to come back. Will be a steep learning curve for the youngsters.

Poor old Kerry are really in need of the some maintenance after the first two rounds of the NFL.
To put things in perspective I believe that Dr. Crokes would have beaten Kerry over the last two Sundays. Outside of the Crokes players there are a good number of players yet to join the panel. Fitness wise they are far behind Mayo and especially Dublin. It will still take a very good team to beat Kerry in the championship. There is no necessity to be playing well in February. I'm far away from being in panic mode.
I've put together video analysis of Dublin's goal against Kerry here for anyone interested http://action81.com/blog/?p=6694
Report from the match yesterday if anyone wants to take a look, makes fairly grim reading for Kerry fans:

Did anyone see why did MD get a red card?

Eye witness report from my cousin:
Donaghy dragged MD by the shirt as he was trying to run towards ball. MD swung his arm around to push him away, connecting around the chest area. Donaghy gave MD a box to the head. MD gave Donaghy a box to the head. Neither blow anything like concussive, but a red card per the rule book.

That kind of tallies with what Gavin said re MD having a facial injury as well - Of course Star only got a yellow

Yeah, right, The league in Febuary ::)
The Mayo Psyche is always in need of maintenance. Perhaps you should concentrate on that.
When is David Moran due back?, a class act. Very unlucky with injuries.
