"Baby Jesus found in Waterford"
What would anyone learning English think when reading the headline ?
some sort of Catholic whiskey brand maybe ?Or else a miracle.
Baby Jesus is slang. It is not actually the baby Jesus, Jesus
Very sloppy work by the Irish Times. Maybe that is what kids call the thing but if a dog went missing would they have a headline that said "Bow wow absent"
The most ridiculous thing about this story is that it is a story. Ffs, I lost a jacket in the pub a few weeks ago - I'm sorry I didn't let the media know.

Surely the 'baby Jesus' shouldnt have been in the crib in the first place?
