Title: Team bonding??
Post by: Family guy on April 06, 2010, 06:35:41 PM
Hey,probably a topic on this before but couldnt find it.Not long to the start of the league starts with the ladies team that i am taking, they just got promoted to division 1,so will be a big year for them, with alot of ones expecting them to go straight back down, therefore i was thinking of ways to make sure we got a good start and thinking a team bonding day away would maybe be the best option,so do yous have any ideas??A lot of the girls on the team are young so obviously want to stay away from the drinking suggestions, thanks

not trying to be crassly funny or non PC - discussing women rolling about in the muck
but team building kind of thing would be to get them all to an army assault course and also army type team games where they have to disassemble, carry and re-assemble gear in teams.
keep changing the teams around.
Paintballing (again continually changing the teams around might be another surprising winner.

other strange but successful ideas might include putting on some kind of stage show/talent show/chorus line for charity.
they all get to dress up, put on make up and sing on stage - most women love the attention and in a chorus line they dont have to brave it on their own.
