Can you get RTE on sky outside of Ireland?
Not unless you have a card mated with a Digibox and activated by Sky for an Irish Sky subscriber.

Once card is mated and activated, then both can travel outside of Ireland and the channel package available for viewing will always be the Irish Sky channel packages.
But subscription will always have to be paid by the Irish subscriber.
Sky will know the card is being used but can't tell from where in the world it is being used, unless the user does something silly.
