Title: Football Coaching Materials
Post by: AZOffaly on January 22, 2007, 05:03:30 PM
Hi all,

I'm looking for some new and interesting drills, both physical/aerobic conditioning, as well as ballwork, for an adult football team that have been together for a good few years and are in danger of going a bit stale.

Something new and interesting in terms of drills will help keep them interested, and will hopefully get them through the drudgery without them realising it.

Any ideas or internet resources would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

The Ulster Council website has some good coaching material on it.
