Manchester United may go retro with new kit
Manchester United players could be looking for summer transfers if these leaked photos of their 2009/10 prototype kits get the go-ahead.
New kit designs for Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea and Manchester United have been published on The Spoiler and early indications suggest it is United's players who could come off worst.
Designers of the white and red away shirts have used a lace-up collar to finish the neckline similar to that last seen on their green and yellow shirts in the mid-1990s . The second effort is kinder on the eye, with a '60s feel about it.
Couldnt be right, could it??
Fcuk they are brutal
Where are the sponsors?
I think the home one is nice enough once you get used to the white arrow shaped line.
By the way, I don't think either will be the Man U jersey next season, I wouldn't believe it for a second.
no sponsor confirmed yet, but supposedly will be saudi telecoom taking over from AIG like on the second shirt
Liverpool away jersey...

Decent looking jersey there from the scousers
Who the fcuk designed Utd's?
Without the white arrow the red one in nice but the white one is brutal :-X
Do people still pay £40 for jerseys?
Probably bullshit anyway..
I think the red one is quality actually.
Look a bit like some old rugby league shirts I remember from the Eddie Waring days

You are living in the past, anything retro gets the thumbs up from you...
Does Man U's sponsorship with AIG not continue until 2010? As far as I know that's the case and AIG have stated they won't be looking to end that sponsorship early.

AIG have told employees to stop wearing their logo... Thats how embarassed they are by the name...

That's understandable!! However, just found this:
"AIG inked a $100 million sponsorship deal with the English soccer powerhouse in 2006. The company has said it won't renew that deal in 2010 when it ends, but also indicated it would not leave the sponsorship pact early. AIG's logo is prominent on Manchester United's uniforms."

So I doubt if Man U will be wearing anything to do with Saudi Telecom on their "uniforms" next season.

hopefully united are just as successfull in it ;)
Manchester United's new home shirt for the 2009/2010 season will be red with a large white v-shape sash down the front. Manufactured by Nike, the new shirt is a tribute to the Manchester United side that won its first FA Cup 100 years ago in the 1909 FA Cup Final when they beat Bristol City 1-0.
The shirt worn by United in the 1909 FA Cup Final was white with a large red v-shape sash down the front (pictured), but for the 2009/2010 Manchester United home shirt, the colors will be reversed.
The 1909 shirt worn by Manchester United was the brainchild of legendary United winger Billy Meredith. Before the 1909 FA Cup Final, it was realized that Man United and Bristol City had very similar football kits, so Meredith - who doubled as the club's kit supplier and ran a sports shop - created the white shirt with red v-shape sash, and the rest is history.

The boy wearing that top needs a good feed...This is the best of the 3 so far..
Has anyone seen the Chelsea top...seen it in work today but can't remember the link...It looks like robocop with pads on the shoulders and chests and something supposed to look like a zip!!
there's a zip alright - but i don't think it's padding - it's just using the new adidas template - Bayern Munich are using it too as well as some MLS teams like New York

Surely this is a fake. It's the exact same as the red one we wore in the 05/06 season isn't it only a different colour?
Another Chelsea atrocity

Them first pictures of the ManUtd tops are woeful. the second couple arent too bad. As a liverpool fan id be happy enough with that black one. Am i alone in thinking that that green gunners tiop is lethal???
The Arsenal green is a fake - looks like it's blue to me
