Title: Cookery classes
Post by: Gaoth Dobhair Abu on December 03, 2008, 03:35:32 PM
Does anyone know of or can recommend anywhere that does cookery classes, Christmas gift for a friend, you know the type of thing, nice country house etc, weekend cookery school or one day job. But they want hands on stuff not just demonstration malarkey.

Thanks in advance.

Did you not ensure she could cook before you married her?  A deal breaker in my book.

Belle Isle - Don't know about this place personally, but it's got a lot of good reviews, awards etc recently. And it's in Ireland's Finest County  ;), with the exchange rate making it attractive for anyone paying in Euros:
