Would be interesting to see how Fintona would cope in D2. Cookstown seem to be another yoyo team

Any idea why 9th June is down as only Junior fixtures on website? I know there's two more rounds in junior than the other two, so they nearly need to be 2 rounds ahead as games are rattled off, but a bit early for a weekend off no?
Grade 1 & Grade 2 U20 finals fixed for that weekend. Also U16 league finals in all grades the same weekend.
Derrytresk and fintona game most likely be off that Friday as well then?
Not sure on that one, only going on what came out from CCC this week. Unless they fix the U20 Grade 2 final for the Sunday and play Senior game on the Friday evening as normal?
True, I just presumed if Moortown where getting the Friday off then they'd have to give it to fintona as well, wouldn't be great for derryresk if that's the case end up having to most likely play a midweek away game down the line

Kileeshil must be one.
The double header planned for Killeeshil has been moved to Donaghmore now according to the Tyrone website. Brackaville v Fintona and Clogher v Eglish.
Interesting. I was looking at Killeshil for 4G coverage and while it exists it isn't super strong. Also Openreach's network checker doesn't give a result for their address! OTOH Fibrus gives a result back saying they'll cover it by the end of this year, but of course that's too late.
I suspect that the Rock might also struggle in having good 4G backhaul. This coming weekend will tell, I haven't been up there myself in several years.
I thought Kildress would have been in with a shout for championship match this year considering the facilities we have on offer now, pavilion, small stand and good surface. I also think the 4g is strong there too.
How does it work do u have to lobby the county board or apply or something??
We play Edendork in Stewartstown - they don't have turnstiles
Neither does Garvaghy
Or The Rock
Fintona don't use theres
Also on the question of provider O2 and EE are very good and Vodafone is okay
The new building we built is state of the art and would probably be even more reliable to hook to the comms room which runs the building Wifi and other stuff i dont have a clue about
JUST THINKING WHY DONT WE HAVE THE COUNTY FINAL AT GORTACLADDY!

Meanwhile, back within the county Errigal Ciaran & Dromore will meet in the ACL Division 1 league final...
Coalisland 1-10 Errigal Ciaran 4-9
Clonoe 0-9 Dromore 1-10
...whilst in Division 3, Killeeshil and Kildress will meet in the promotion play-off final having accounted for Brocagh & Castlederg...
Castlederg 0-5 Kildress 1-14
Killeeshil 0-18 Brocagh 0-7
...Division 1 league final is tentatively down for this Saturday at 2pm (venue TBA), at the same time Eglish will host Edendork in the Division 1 relegation play-off, with the loser demoted to Division 2 for 2020.
On Sunday is the final round of league games in Division 2...
Augher vs. Strabane
Beragh vs. Loughmacrory
Galbally vs. Cookstown
Gortin vs. Clogher
Moortown vs. Newtownstewart
Owen Roes vs. Stewartstown
Pomeroy vs. Greencastle
Throw-in is down for all games at 2.30pm, while if any reserve games happen then they're down for 1pm. Urney & Aghyaran brought their tie forward to yesterday (Saturday) and an already relegated Urney won 3-13 to 2-14.
A win against Cookstown will guarantee a league & championship double for Galbally, but anything else could see Loughmacrory (whom beat Galbally on head to head) finish on top, while a win for Pomeroy against Greencastle could still mathematically see them involved in a play-off - however the stars would have to align towards a three-way tie on final league points for that to happen as Pomeroy were defeated by both Galbally & Loughmacrory in earlier league rounds. Due to Loughmacrory's walkover vs. Strabane, score difference will not apply in that scenario! However, a Pomeroy win and a loss by Loughmacrory to Beragh would see Pomeroy finish second behind Galbally and take an automatic promotion spot! Ooh err!
Down at the foot, both Stewartstown and Strabane require at least a draw to ensure they don't become entangled in relegation play-offs, while a win for either Newtownstewart or Cookstown could end up with a mix of permutations - however, it looks likely both sides will play each other in the Division 2 relegation play-off, with the winners meeting either Killeeshil or Kildress.
As for the rest, Clogher & Owen Roes already have promotion play-off spots secured, but the final sixth-placed spot is wide open and I'm not going to start breaking that one down!
Also, for whatever reason, Rock vs. Glenelly is down also for Sunday as the only unfulfilled Division 3 league tie. If it happens, 1pm Reserve & 2.30pm Senior. The more important Division 3 tie, being the promotion play-off tie between Killeeshil and Kildress, is down for 2pm (neutral venue, TBA).
Still to be fixed - both the senior reserve & junior reservechampionshipknockout finals between Omagh vs. Errigal Ciaran and Rock vs. Drumragh.
Finally, all the best to Dungannon in the Ulster club IHC final against St. Enda's of Antrim this coming Saturday, throw-in is 4pm in Owenbeg.

Doesn't say much for the people round him then.

There is no doubt Carrickmore got out of jail last night. There is also no doubt that McHugh sided heavily in their favour throughout the match. I don't think anyone can deny that. But they won and that's all that matters.
As for the semi final, this is one that Errigal didn't want. Playing our rivals who have nothing to lose. Bad weather being given for Sunday on an already soggy and wet pitch (and a game on before it for good measure). I am really dreading this game and would not be one bit surprised if Carrickmore got the win. They are riding the crest of a wave, won a match that they probably shouldn't have but that is sometimes the best way to win. I am very nervous about this game.
As for the other one. That will be some tie. Very hard to call a winner in it. I'll slightly go for Coalisland due to the wet soggy pitch expected in Pomeroy. But there'll be nothing between them and could easily go the other way.
Quick question, why did the county board not play these games as a double header in Healy Park and avoid people having to go from Pomeroy to Dungannon?

What kinda rent would you have to pay to get garvaghy for the 2 days? Just asking for someone involved with Tyrone ladies.

Interesting to see five teachers on the Tyrone panel running a 2 day 'tyrone summer school' in garvaghy at 50 quid a head.
