Sun Apr 21, Cardiff (A)
Fri Apr 26, Huddersfield (H)
Tue Apr 30, Barcelona (A)
Sun May 05, Newcastle (A)
Wed May 08, Barcelona (H)
Sun May 12, Wolves (H)

Is that confirmed for the Barca game?

Tuesday / Wednesday is better than Wednesday / Tuesday, spreads the games out more.
According to Twitter it is  ;D

Think it's getting confirmed tomorrow

First leg is May 1st - second leg is May 7th.

You would assume Newcastle game might shift to the Saturday?

Yeah I'd assume Rafa will decide not to field anyway.

That's really shit. Needed the first game on Tuesday (league match v Hudd on prev Fri) and second leg on Wed (Newky game on Sun).

The Newcastle game has only recently been confirmed for Sunday, doubt very much they're able to change it now.

I would be amazed if it's not changed to the Saturday and most likely a late kickoff so they can televise it.

LFC have just announced it's going to be moved to the Saturday, but there's been a pretty big feck up.

Up to recently all the fixtures were down as Saturday 3pm which everyone knows is subject to change pending TV.

Then about 10 days ago, the TV fixtures were announced. This generally means set in stone, away fans can make their travel arrangements and anyone from outside England make their arrangements.

The TV fixtures were:
Friday 8pm: Everton v Burnley
Sat 1230pm: City v Leicester
Sat 5.30pm: Cardiff v Palace
Sunday 2pm: Huddersfield v Utd
Sunday 4.30pm: Newky v Liverpool
and the kicker...!
Monday 8pm: Bournemouth v Spurs

Apparently the Dutch just cancelled all their games for that weekend because of Ajax's involvement. Supposed to have been the last round of league fixtures, and they've moved them all back one week.

Problem in England is that the TV slots are the TV slots, so will likely have to swap 4 games, not just the two involving Liverpool and Spurs. That means there's going to be plenty of individual supporters out of pocket. So negotiations are ongoing! LFC have said they are definitely now playing on Saturday, but the time hasn't been finalised.

That's very bad from the Premier League. Whatever about Spurs it was odds on Liverpool would make the semi final.

Spurs have now confirmed their game is moved to Saturday and will have live Sky coverage. Kick off time is still TBC, but can't be 3pm.

And City win again..can't see them dropping any points now.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

Capt Pat

The United game looks like Liverpools last chance for City to drop points.

The way Utd have been play the last few weeks I doubt if they will trouble City. Although I thought City weren't that special today.

Would have been more confident of them getting something if Jose was still their manager, no better man to grind out a draw.

Who would most United fans want to win the title?

Personally, I'd want Liverpool to win it.

My next door neighbour is a die hard United fan, told me yesterday he would rather see Liverpool win it as they are a proper football club with history and tradition..his words not mine.
On the flip side more than one United fan has told me they hope City beat United and them missing out on 4th would be fine once Liverpool don't win the league.. strange logic imo.
Hopefully the United players are a bit more professional,  like Liverpool were against Blackburn in 1995 ..
Anyway it's up to Liverpool to keep winning themselves,  people seem to think once City drop points the title is Liverpool's. Not so imo. Cardiff could be a banana skin tomorrow.
