Dowlings:always get a good solid hurley. I find them a bot boardy sometimes, with very little spring. There is always a good strike off them but not such a good touch. Lovely ash and nice shape.
O Connors:Difficult to get a good one now that their popularity has risen so much, them seem to throw out dodgy ash now. If you get a good one, if find there is a great touch off them, but the drive isnt as good as a Star.Not suitable for sidelines.
Carey:Not as much experience with them, nice touch but very thin and dont hit the ball as far, also break easier because of this.
O Brien:Again, can get dodgy ash but when you get a good one they can be nice. Find the head a bit large sometimes.
Falconer:Nice strike and touch, sometimes a bit light (though thats the way i like them)
All of course IMO
