It finished 16th of 17.There was one faller so it finished last approx 110 lenghts behind the winner.

On the way out in the 4.15 is my NAP of the day.Usual health warnings with my tips.

::)  >:( ffs where did that tip come from? I think the fact he put in Cartmel instead of Clonmel should have said it all on a nag that has run for 15 years or something!!  :D

Crazy. If this ride is offensive then the game in England is well and truly fcuked:

Are they trying to drive great supporters of the game like Paul McMahon away?
There's Seán Brady going in, what dya think Seán?

Candyman

On a similar note, there's a guy I follow on twitter had as his NAP of the day:

Stratford 3.20

RUNSHAN @ 5/1

Scattered into the bookies and they were only just off and wouldnt take the bet, won by something like 41lengths!!!!  :'(

I don't think so. Looks like Dickie Johnson and I don't think he's been banned since the new rules.

The McMahon ban actually angers me. He gave the horse (who he owns himself) a great sympathetic ride. As far as I can see from the video he struck the horse a total of six times behind the saddle. The only other times he uses the whip is to stop his horse from hanging and causing a safety risk for other horses and riders on his outside.

Do these people understand racing at all? I'm finding it difficult to bet on the UK stuff now such is the ridiculousness of the whole whip saga.

Lot of money around for Smart George on the bucket & sand at Wolverhampton (8:10) for Paul Flynn.

Was going to have a small e/w bet on Weird Al before Diamond Harry came out but there's only the 7 runners now so I might not bother now.

Good stuff at Naas particularly the conditions hurdle where old favourite Our Girl Salley makes her reappearance.

Race of the day has to be the Kildare Senior Footballers Sweepstakes. Eddie McCormack teaming up with his old clubmate Willie McCreery taking on Sos Dowling! Hard to look past Dermot Weld's horse though.
