Agree that DG should be at full-forward. But wothout Ambrose ( and he had a poor enough championship) ,who do we have for midfield ?

This is a 'refreshing' and honest debate without zealots like the gael.I think Mickey Harte's call is right and most county managers follow this line.I think that a total ban before big games can act as a bonding exercise where adults make a commitment and hold each other to it. In Down, I expect Ross and DJ to follow this line as they knew how to prepare but they also knew the value of building a team.

The Stewartstown Ballymacnab game  had an unfortune ending but it was intermediate stuff in more ways than one. Draws in both games were fair results. I thought Enda Muldoon was known as the Big Easy ?He didn't look like a man who took her easy to me!

POG- point is PSNI is not the RUC. RUC never had a team.RUC never had an ombudsman.Presume you agree we need a police service ?So what  do you want?No PSNI acknowlegement of GAA?

Meadow,Maybe you should think about another site - one that encourages the loss of jobs in Newry or West Belfast after B and Q firebombs. Have you been stopped on the side of the road by the PSNI ? Tell us about it - and be honest !

You might be a good man for the videos but you know nothing about Gaelic football.Bill Mc Corry didn't make a mistake - he tried his best and was unlucky. He had the balls to take the penalty and any player will tell you that you don't blame a man when he gives his all. I've lost an AI final in similar circumstances and it's a team thing.
A mistake is what that useless ignoramus of an Ulster President made in 1986. Pangurban is talking shite-the balll wasn't nearly over the line-I have that from the Horse's mouth. And as for 2003 UF....

Could someone post an accurate link- the one at the head of this links to the current day's newsline. As today is Tuesday ,I can't get it . I assume this is to do with the Cargin keeper taking a head stagger on Sunday and some comment from Noel Thompson about GAA and boxing ? Bit unfair to blame Jerome or Sidebottom . Anyway, there is too much glorification of the shemuzzle and we are too defensive. Refs need to be respected from under 12 up.

The Bridge were a disgrace today. Apart from Gavin Barry , none looked interested . I'm not from the Bridge but they let down their parish and thier county .Should have gone to see Drumgath- I hear they put up a good fight.Well done to Bredagh - our last one standing in football or hurling.

Fear Boirche- are you the gael in disguise? My bitter and twisted detector is twitching.Bredagh are  a proud County Down club doing a great job with no pitch and arseholes like the hedgehog to contend with. I'm a fear boirche myself and we need every club and player we can get at the moment. Wonder where Ross and DJ will be tomorrow ?
