Horace and Pete. Might not be for everyone, but I really enjoyed it.

It's Louis CK latest offering, available only via his website for $3 per episode (of which there are 10). With each episode, it's like being in the audience of a short play. It has funny moments, but definitely not a comedy. I loved it.

QuoteApples we can only go by scripture inspired Church teaching, which defines what sin is.This is not a matter of compassion,or cutting slack etc,it is God's Law.

Yes, lets go by scripture....catch a grip:

Behold, here are my virgin daughter and his concubine. Let me bring them out now. Violate them and do with them what seems good to you, but against this man do not do this outrageous thing."

QuoteTurn it into an u-21 competition.
Problem solved.

Agreed.

They'll have 3 years to play Sigerson - you have to draw the line somewhere. This would prevent colleges trying to recruit well established county players to come and do masters courses at their establishment. I'm not against any mature student going back to college, good luck to them - they just aren't eligible to play sigerson.

anyone bought a bike from plant x? Don't know a whole lot about bikes, but thinking about upgrading, and the Carbon Shimano Ultegra 6800 looks like good value?

Try Cala Dor on the East side of the island. Lovely resort with some great little beachs and fairly quiet. Would suit families with young children.

Yeah would back that up also.. Lovely spot

Thanks lads. Took your advice and was not disappointed. Great spot, exactly what I was after.

anyone know anything about Mallorca? Specifically the best part of the island to stay in for a family with 2 kids under 5. Just want something quiet with pool and beach, and not too rowdy

DO NOT book 'The Usual Suspects'.

I'll second that
Tell us more lads

They just weren't that great - they came out with something like "we don't really do requests, we'll judge how the crowd are reacting and play accordingly". That would've been perfect if they were good and got the crowd up dancing but it didn't happen.

At the end of the night I went to give them an envelope with a cheque for the balance in it (same as everyone else who were paid that day). They wouldn't take it and said they didn't have an account they could pay it into - that was a load of shit because the deposit was paid into their account. They wanted the guts of a grand in cash at 1am (without asking for it before the day) and weren't too happy about not getting it.

When the band started after the meal, they were a bit loud as there were a few of the elder guests still chatting and drinking coffee and tea at the tables. No one was yet on the dance floor. I asked them if they could ease in gently and lower the volume. They refused, and told me they were a wedding band not a wake band. One of them later pushed my sister when he thought she was dancing too close to where he was playing. They were obnoxious and rude and made no attempt to get a feel for the crowd or take requests.

Was having a look at paypal there, but it was going to do the transfer without showing me the exchange rate that it was going to use - is that standard?
