does nor every 2 bit company record or at least warn of the possiblity of recording calls. i would always assume my calls are being recorded, esp by the cops, and work on that basis
That's what i was thinking too (though I'm in the black north), would it be an issue at all down South?

Tyrone's Niall McKenna in the 2008 All-Ireland Minor Final replay against Mayo.

One of the most spectacular sports photos I have ever seen. Brilliant.
Jesus that is some leap

I'd a good day yesterday.  Did a 40pEW Lucky 15, I had Very Wood at 40/1 and Lord Windemere at 33/1 as my first 2 runners.  Talk about filling the pants  :D  I was walking round in a daze for a while, brought back down to earth by the shite run of Vieux Lion Rouge and Dare me in the last (20/1).  £636 to lift but could have been that one day that all punters dream about :-\

is Vernon injured?
I dont think he was even togged out on saturday, he didnt do any warm ups anyway

Think someone said he was out with a stomach bug or something
Near sure I read that he came off against Meath with a calf strain & just hasn't recovered yet.

Ethan Rafferty has the makings of a top player. Great result, surprised by the win myself but Laois had plenty of opportunities, on another day the outcome could have been different. Armagh look good going forward, but when it breaks down it becomes a defensive horror show. A lot of positives, Campbell & Findon catching my eye.

That's a 'Sun' headline & non-story.

When's the last time Armagh beat Laois? Used to knock them over for fun, but they've had our number recently (so have a lot of other counries tbf).

I was 8 or 9 when Down beat Armagh in the Nfl final in 82/83. I had to wiki it there to check that it wasn't monaghan as my 2 earliest Croke Park memories are 2 League Final defeats! Monaghan came in 85. I remember the Monaghan match more clearly as there was a looney Monaghan fan quite close to us who was lucky he wasn't threw overboard from our Upper Hogan perch. I can smell the stale drink, fag smoke & cheese & onion from here.

Read bits in the Sunday Times yesterday, i was coming down in his favour i have to say. The first few posts here would make you think that racism is a myth or something, need their public sector training on direct & indirect discrimination!

No AI winners in the past 25 years have fallen further from the top table than Armagh and Meath.  Tonight showed who fell furthest.
Galway too

A bit like getting in quality players, getting a quality manager is difficult. Who else was available? Mourino has shown the last while that he is not the answer. A lot of top quality managers would not have taken the job for fear of failure in Fergies shadow. Now that Moyes has broken that ice it may be easier to attract a top man to the job. The club is a bit of a mess at present but I think it has bottomed out.
Mourinho not the answer? Cos he's an imp? If Fergie really had a set of balls Jose would have got the job & not worried about being outshone by him.

Utd are where Liverpool were 20 yrs ago, at the end of a glorious era on a rudderless boat.

The worm has really turned, could be a longtime before United win an EPL Title again.

Any gods amount of sites about, some always have something or other on sale, I wouldn't tie myself to anyone in particular. Bought a 105 cassette of Merlin cycles for £19.99(inc p&p) other day, bought an Ultegra one of CRC for £30 a while back. Regularly use Ribble, wiggle, bike-discount.de, Evans cycles, cycle-clothing.co.uk, few on ebay & i bought a set of Fulcrum Quattros of some French site (ajcycles.fr) b4 xmas for a great price. Shop around at all times!
