I was pretty confident of getting promotion this year but with the news that ciaran macdonald, probably our best player, is going to miss out on the whole league campaign. He has the ability to take the oppositions best player out of the game. I still think we will be there or there abouts, fancy clare to go well this year and if its not us who go up with armagh id be surprised if it wasnt them. On the weekends game, i think that armagh will come out on top, wouldnt be surprised if the margin of victory was 5/6 points. How is the weather up there anyway, any chances of the game not going ahead this weekend?

Another in a long list of GAAites telling us what's wrong....but not a single suggestion or proposal to rectify things.

It's not rocket science to know guys shouldn't be playing 4 games in a week

Last year our county board were a disgrace, some of our players played 7 games in 10 days for club and county, will anything change this year not a hope

had seen Browne and Forde play, forde a number of times as i lived in wexford awhile and Bradley was way better than them, Most time Browne and Forde were afforded the luxury of 1 on 1, Never seen Bradley afforded that Luxury he was always double marked,

Browne was pretty much never given 1 on 1 coverage, he was part of poor tipp teams in the main so teams knew if you stopped him you won 9 times out of 10

Didn't realise Coleman was gone to America. Fine footballer. Yeah, I saw the team, it did look a bit light alright. I'd know a few of them lads.

Yeah he is a player that can bring real quality to the team but don't think he's back may or so. Could be a very good addition to the seniors come then but he won't have much training and have missed out on the whole league

Tipp beat Kildare in a low scoring game in Dr Morris Park in thurles. 1-6 to 1-5.

Like most teams, we were probably at 50% or so full strength.  Still a win again against a good team is always welcomed. We've a great draw in munster but I think we'll be lacking going forward this year, Philip quirke (injured) and Coleman kennedy (collage in america) would be our best two attacking players, pity both are missing

How declan brownes position on this is being questioned is baffling, obviously being a tipp man I'm biased but trust me the man was a class act. Bear in mind teams pretty much just game planned for him. Best performance I've seen in the flesh was the drawn game in the Munster final v Cork,  as good an individual display as youll see
