That was a great read. He died of cancer shortly afterwards if I recall correctly.

If they went ahead and played the reserve league from March it would a good way to ensure Friday night games through to September as one fixture only required.

Firstly moving games is a pantomime. But offering to move the game to Thursday in Aghaloo is a bit cunty. "Yeah we'll move the game...... to our ground!" Away and f**k off. And then publicly commenting on the Urney statement says all you need to know about Aghaloo.

Mickey Donnelly was in the running? The man is dying to be a county manager applied for the derry job last year then applied for the tyrone job weeks after becoming Ardboe manager. He has no shame
He has a strong CV
An Ulster minor and U20 with two counites
Senior championship with Mayobridge
Mac Rory & Hogan Cups
in my view its strong than Dooher and Logans. Your comment sounds personal rather based on fact.Nominated does not mean you applied, its means a club put your name forward.

Aghaloo making a show of themselves lately.. not fielding in the last 2 league games and getting 5 red cards in a championship game.
Now looking £500 for a brick on the new clubhouse.
Fundraising to pay suspension fines and cover the costs of not fielding leagues games, total joke! I for one wont be purchasing a ticket and it'll be the first Gaa club I've ever turned down!!

It is a pity Aghaloo went out. They were move than capable of an all ireland tilt. Sadly i dont think any of those left are at that level.
Tilt at the All Ireland Boxing by the sounds of it. Bundle of w**kers.

Anyone else raise a few eyebrows at Danny Hughes team selection in today's Irish News. In particular Peter Canavan's omission?
Conor Gormley, Brian Mc Guigan?
Have not seen the Irish News today but I would be surprised if Danny Hughes hasn't himself on. Never seen or read an article that talks so much about himself. You would nearly think he was a great player after reading his article every week.
