Two places of little note, except that they are a cold house for everyone.

They will still be talking about it in 10 years time, claiming Castlederg dived, rather than admit their Mercury was raised too high.

Where was the adjudicator from? Any truth in his mother being an Aghyaran woman?

Syracuse is coastal, I would have expected somewhere inland in Spain to hold the record.

Certain parts of the planet that are inhabited now will start to become inhabitable. We're reaching an end game. Populations have exploded. The planet can only sustain a certain number of humans. God knows how many years we have left as a people. Less than you think if things keep escalating as they do.

That's Death Valley type of shit.

Seattle, of all places, hit 42 C recently.

We are getting a heat index of 107F here in NYC tomorrow and Friday. I think I'll have to leave the bike at home.

Things are changing. :'(

I went to Seville for the Expo in 1992 in September, when I thought the worst would be over, it was 42C and baking hot. I had a bar of chocolate and it basically flowed away.
The thing is that people actually choose to go to Spain at this time of year, even with all the palavar with testing etc, it is going to be 38C in Malaga, who wants that?
