You have to admire those who wrote the Interpreter. 11 years later Gates and Allen wrote the interpreter for the Altair, although they did not have an Altair.

Enjoyable game not much in it. Plenty of good scores and turnovers from both teams it could go either way this half.

Both teams with plenty of pace too!

Would be an awful big ask to get him back again next year and I wouldn't blame him if he didn't fancy it.

Awful bad luck for the fella, fully fit he's class act.

Is that the same injury as before?

Not sure if there's much evidence that McNulty is a good coach. His teams are physically fit & strong. If he's playing against a superior team he puts bodies behind the ball. But outside of that he it limited. We're lucky Carlow are in our group and going so bad but Fermanagh & Wicklow are playing better football. We should get through because 3 qualify. Next year we need a good football coach in the setup or we will struggle.

Quote from: cavanmaniac on Today at 06:12:41 PMNot a brutal draw from Cavan's perspective - absolutely delighted there's no other Ulster team in there, but perhaps it's all moot anyway with the news that Paddy Lynch is gone for the season after doing the cruciate.

You'd imagine Galway or Mayo will be good enough for second place behind the Dubs and Cavan and Roscommon will renew their modern day B-lister rivalry for the third spot. Roscommon wouldn't be overly fearful in that one either.
If Cavan bring the intensity they brought in the 2 Ulster games at times they'll give any of the Connacht teams a good rattle. Lynch is some loss though, was sorry to hear that.
