Speaking of the times not a-changin, people have awful problems with understanding what's going on. I spent a long time at the weekend trying to explain to somebody from London, who's not an idiot or anything, why it gets dark in London before it does here. "But when it's five o'clock here it's five o'clock in London too".

Another young lad I know (who, fair enough, is an idiot) thought it was an awful shame that we didn't warn New York about the attack on the twin towers, since we are five hours ahead and "knew about it before they did".

I used to have a Quantum Leap website. Someone emailed me after the 9/11 attacks and asked me to get in touch with Sam Beckett. He wanted me to get him to leap into one of the passengers and prevent the attacks.

He was an American.

1 - People who park at a Petrol pumps who have no intention of getting fuel and only park there to get nearer to the shop..Whats wrong with the spaces at the side?  >:(
