Is this video really THAT misleading

Apparently the policemans lawyer has said that the video is misleading.... He comes into the cell feet first and then leads her out grabbing her hair!

Right, let me get this straight... she kicks off her shoe at him, he runs in grabs her, pushes her face into the wall, nearly rips her hair out by the roots, throws her to the groung and punches her twice then grabs her by the hair again, and thats misleading!!
