reina

Carra,Skertel, Agger, Dossena

Gerard,Masch, Alonso, Riera

Torres,Keane.

We know he won't play that team as his dutch love child will play not matter what, so fcuk knows how they'll line out!
That's what I'd go with, but I reckon Dirky will be in and Robbie benched.

id say dirt will be in instead of alonso and mash and stevie in the middle. tactical genious.... ::)

QuoteYou shoulda battered your idoit mates head in with the hurl instead.

What the fk was he doing with a megaphone anyway?

We acquired it for freshers week. It was good craic during the day shouting at people but last night all we wanted to do was sleep. We didn't even go out because we were dying from the previous 9 days of intoxication and had class today

I no it was out of order but my point was that the policeman didnt even see the guy shouting through it and still takes my name and reports me to my Uni. I was just sitting on the wall because there was no point sitting in bed with the noise. Anyway it's not like shouting through a megaphone is a crime?

However the resident who caused criminal damage on more than one occasion, which he admitted and then made further intimidating threats, gets away scot free. We ask for something to be done and the reply from the police is that there is no proof.

I said there's no proof my mate was shouting through the megaphone and there's definitely none that I was shouting through it because my throat was red raw from the cheap vodka the day before, so even if i wanted to shout i couldn't

It seems there's one rule for the residents and one rule for the students.

PSNI....aye right

i agree whats the deal with gettin on all the students backs like its not as if everyone who lives in the holylands is an absolute tr**p like. i have a feelin there are people here posting who are making rash generalisations not having even been near the place. they are just goin on hearsay. yes a lot of students do make noise and are disruptive, but if there are 5,000 living there, of which i am one, i can guarantee that there are well less than a quarter who would be anywhere near abusive. so just lay off the generalisations because not everyone living in the holylands is a disgrace or whatever you's want to call us/them!

would love to see someone else winnin the championship but can't see past the bridge again. Although the island have a lot of quality i think it could be the same as last year, draw and replay win for the bridge!

Castlewellan reserves are playing well at the minute with Marty McKibben pulling the strings, donal ward, audie mcveigh, paddy hardy, kevin owens all playing as well as younger members - cannot see rostrevor beating them.

rostrevor have a lot of experienced and talented footballers in the side, shouldn't be underestimated at all. players like paul gannon and gary farell have a wealth of experience and the younger lads such as gareth clarke, brian keenan and barry og mcconville have shown well over the year and have a lot of skill, fight and spirit in them... even if they are all 2 fond of the drink :D but that didnt stop them gettin to the final! they dnt miss much from the dead ball either.. apart from the odd penalty ganz..  ;) goodluck to both teams hopefully the reds can win a championship for the club this year!

yes i know that im not sayin that everyone else are saints, just utd do it a lot. its a known fact, u either love man utd or hate them (because of their fans), its not like that with any other club, or very few at least. ask anyone who isn't a utd fan, they are sickining to listen to!!

never heard anything more about bridge brawl, nothings been said amongst the rostrevor committee

what a typical reaction! no-one here was gloating about the victory, merely summing up the game. we all know that its a long season and many people have pointed out that utd will come strong etc. if it was the other way round utd fans would be gloatin in ur face nonstop!liverpool won the match yeh but it seems as though when utd lose these matchs it doesnt matter that much to their fans because "whens the last time u won the premiership" or "whos the champions" are the reactions liverpool people get from them. however when they win them they dont shut up! ::)

or it could also be used as an excuse for one of the teams to get a new set of jerseys with county final 2008 etc on them as a memoir! :D im sure they could get sponsorship. only a thought though, i was thinking about the county jersey scenario as well there.

great win for the reds some super football played to outclass utd. it still remains to be seen though whether liverpool can maintain this form and become a real threat to utd and chelsea for the league. if they keep this up they will be right up there. we all know utd are goin to have an untouchable period at some point and it will be up to the teams at the top to stop them in their tracks!

do both teams have away jerseys  :D

well done to the island for gettin to the final, fair play! yet another opportunity missed for us after losing in the first round to them! i'd say they'l put it up to the bridge  even more than the stone did in the first game last year! good tight unit this l'island team with a few real stars.

rostrevor played quite well tonight burren were poor enough. burren had at least 5 of the startin 15 from the championship on the bench but rostrevor also had 4 r 5 regular starters not in the 15! reds seem to be takin advantage in the league of other teams focusin on the championship!

Are there a round of league fixtures tonight?

I don't think Burren would have won it as handy with 15 on 15, the sending off killed Kilcoo.

yeh there are fixtures tonight supposed to throw in at 6.30! except for Kilcoo v Saval Rostrevor v burren
c' wellan v stone which are fixed for monday

and i agree 15 v 15 would have been a closer battle, as it was kilcoo didnt have enuff firepower up front
