Slavia must be glad to have found their level after their 7-0 thrashing at Arsenal, 5th richest club in the world, in the Champions' League.

Did Arsenal not draw with them in the champions league in the corresponding fixture?

Job done hopefully. O'Hara shot defleted in, 1-0 to Spurs, Slavia need two now.

Half way me hole. No opportunity for you to revive that thread after that.

In all seriousness though - poor display to put it mildly, Slavia unlucky not to get another. Better sort it out for Sunday.

I would suspect it was that, the early goal probably made it worse, allowed a sense of complacency to set in, I reckoned that was it when the goal went in, and that probably crept into their minds too. Leaving Keane and Jenas on the bench too didn't help, but they'll be certs for Sunday. Robinson? Hard to know whether he's redeemed himself, bar an excellent save from that free late on, they were cutting through with ease by then.

PSV next, probably (bar Bayern) the toughest draw in it. No complacency needed for that one anyway.

BTW kudos to the Racing Post, apparently had tipped O'Hara to score first, at 25/1. Nice work if you got on it. :-\

Job done and if we beat PSV we'll be in the final.

On a sadder note I still haven't got a ticket for Sunday yet :'(

So no need to bother with Quarter- and Semi-FinALS, then?

I should have thought 14 of these teams might object:

No competitions who still need to declare the results?

Well at least you will see most of it Tony, we're playing in the league opener at 2:30, so I'll only see the second half of it. Same thing the last time, Sligo and Mayo played the same day.

'The story of 4 schoolgirls who fall in love with Spurs as the mighty Tottenham embark on their record-breaking double season.'

Although there are no viewer ratings anywhere on the net, I am confident that this is a timeless classic ;D

There's a lot of razzamataz about winning soccer's equivalent of the Tommy Murphy Cup.

Well done to Spurs today...they deserved the win... maybe its the start of a new era although we have had a few false dawns before.
