Awful way to go out! I them games should go to replays
Awful way to win or lose a championship game. I'd blame those in congress for voting in such nonsense to decide games.

Can't have it every way, complain about fixture congestion and then complain about games being finished on the day.

Ireland relegated as Denmark beat Wales. A fully deserved relegation too.

O Neill has to go, an absolute shambles every game. Can't even try to do the right thing.

Jesus all hot and bothered over a paper flower. See BR was wearing his proudly today in Livingston.Like the Scots we Irish have a conflicting relationship with the British Army, many like me had relatives killed in the WW's. i don't wear a poppy, but have no issue with people wearing it for the right reasons. Unfortunately in NI it has been hijacked by one community to ram their superiority down our throats. But as in the US it is organisations like the BL and Vets associations that look after soldiers who are cut a drift by government on leaving the army.

I had relative in that army too that never came home but what are we remembering? These lads were duped into this army into this pointless fight. They are not heroes or villans,  they are victims. They fought for nothing when the army they joined turned it's guns on their country. I remember them as naieve fools who died for nothing. Certainly nothing to be glorifying

Whats this remembrance day all about?

Fallen heroes, Brave soldiers? Not for me.

Remembrance day for me as an Irishman should be about the futility of war, how the poor were conned into this fight by their overlords. How Irish men though they were going on an adventure instead to be buried in muck and blood in a foreign war.

Do you know almost 3000 men died on the front between the war being over and the decision of politicians to wait until 11:11 to finish it. Did you ever hear anything so ridiculous.

The same breed of sc**bag politicians that oversaw WW1 are still at large, standing solemnly in respect while their armies arm those who would blow the shit out of Gaza, Yemen, Syria. Turns my stomach to look at the sniveling scumbags.

The only thing that should be on TV today is Black Adder Goes Forth to pull the mick out of the whole thing.

I've been here in England since Wed. Travelled from Sussex to Lancashire, attended a wedding and I have not yet seen one person wearing a poppy.

They have more sense maybe than the wankers in their media maybe and louts at football matches.

They looked at it and have revised it based on difficulties.
Very sensible and decisions to be made on 24th November.

Sensible would have been not suggesting the proposal in the first place!

No stupid is not doing trying anything at all. I think this makes sense now and is worth a try. The hand pass one too I think will be a struggle to players.

Castlerahan got a very raw deal from Mr Branigan with the softest yellow you will ever see, depriving them of a player for half the game. Cost them in the end .

I regularly go with my daughter and I think it's brilliant. The festivals I go to are very well organised generally and in my opinion it's great for the girls. It's festival and not feis so there's no wigs and limited makeup as the dresses are more plain and stylish so that helps. It's about the girls and not the parents in my experience and of course there's competitiveness but a hell of a lot less than I've seen on the sidelines at u10 and u12 games to be honest. It's a great social thing too and I have made great friends and my daughter has all her best friends through it. It's also great exercise for them if they do it right. She trains 2-3 times weekly for 2 hours so gets plenty of cardio

My experience would be largely from the feis side.  Through sisters dancing and the wife teaching it (now retired from it).  It's a horrible industry and the parents can be a disgrace.  The whole thing has become too much of a pagent/americanised.  The bitching, fighting and politics that goes on is absolutely outrageous and it's largely down to the parents.  It's not a nice environment for children.

100% agree

They trap the kids in with glitter and medals for everyone. Its a million miles from what it once was as a custom and tradition. Then when your kids gets good prepare for demands to train 3/4 nights a week for 1.5 hours a pop. Forget about your kid having a childhood. As for the Feis, well if you enjoy attending a packed hall full of psycho mammies where nothing runs on time and you get home from it at midnight and give your entire weekend away to it well good for you.

Its a disgrace of an industry and I am sorry I ever let the Mrs talk me into allowing our daughter attend it.

So like I say, if you are thinking about allowing your kid in, my advice is stay away.

So Matic doesnt wear a poppy and it gets little air time.
Wonder is it anything to do with McClean being a Catholic from the Bogside that he gets so much abuse?

Matic not wearing it has had plenty of coverage..

Note even close in comparison to McClean.

In what way?

A small example on this tweet...

Smart iptv and smart stb having issues lately. Some talk of newer smart tv's not going to allow them to be installed. We may all have to get a box eventually.

Tried side loading apps?

I've a mag 322, great box, so dont need it. Works perfect with my sub which is bullet proof.
