Have Tyrone won a match this year when Mattie Donnelly hasn't played the full 70 minutes?

As a supporter I ask what has been learnt and implemented tactically in regards to game management since the Monaghan game. It doesn't look like anything.

Taking nothing away from Carrickmore who were the more hungrier team, but I think Greencastle or Donaghmore would have put it up to Coalisland tonight, and maybe beaten them.

I don't think its right teams from the east of the county have to travel to Omagh for a knockout championship game on a Monday night.

I actually like the ideas of no play offs. Looking at division 2, a team in play off eg galbally/Pomeroy who meet in first round of championship. One of those will go out on 18th September and if play offs aren't until the week after final, they have no game until 30th October. Hard for players

From a division 2 perspective this might be fine, but take Division 3 for example. There is no relegation. If you lose more than 1 to 2 league games, realistically you won't win the league. With no playoffs essentially the majority of your games would be meaningless.

I do take your point on the scheduling of the playoffs though. However who ever wants it, wants it.

McKenna gone. McShane struggling for form. M Donnelly best years behind him. No Bradley, no Brennan, no Donaghy, no O'Neill.

You have to be honest and say it will take one hell of a job by Logan and Dooher to keep Tyrone in Division one next year.

Not sure how you can drop Kennedy and Harte? Both Burns and McGeary have been very poor this year. I wouldn't be against starting Canavan, but I think you need some sort of impact off the bench.

My bad. Thought it was a second yellow he got. In that case i'd probably go Richie Donnelly (if fit) to partner Kilpatrick.
