Quote from: GlenMan on December 11, 2023, 07:07:04 PMI feel sorry for the players in this county, the standard of refereeing in Tyrone is on the floor and highlighted by some recent disastrous performances.

Junior and inter finals, yesterday's league final amongst many - utterly dreadful officiating. We're getting to the point where clubs will have to step up and say enough is enough

Feel free to pick the whistle up yourself.

What episode is this? I think the lads managing yesterday had made it very clear they were there for a short period due to time constraints. It's a lot more attractive at this stage for a young manager than it was 10 weeks ago
What happened at the final whistle?

Absolutely right trailer. Referees shouldnt be allowed to he criticised and anyone who does criticise them really ought to pick the whistle up themselves. By the way, how's your own refereeing career going?

Quote from: trailer on August 16, 2019, 12:21:01 PMWhy is Deegan even still refereeing? Hasn't he reffed 2 or 3 All Irelands? Time he fucked off and he could take Coldrick and Dublin Joe with him. 3 absolute wankers.

Referees are the real heroes imo and should be given proper respect. To many people hurlersontheditch.

redzone

Referre was IL not say attacked but very aggressively went at by Carmen manager. Very ugly to witness.

What happened Sean Teague and Omagh?

Not sure at all. Strange one. Any word on a replacement?

THE one-sided nature of numerous matches in Junior football in Tyrone, both in the league and championship this past season, gives cause for concern, one of the county's leading officers has warned.

Eire90

Would solution not be to split junior league in two and have a home and away format in the two divisions.

THe championship should probably remain the same your always going to have some one sided games and you cant really have a 8 knockout team championship only 3 games to win a title (tho i think fermanagh senior championship is only 8 teams)

Probably the best idea even though it effectively creates 4 divisions. It would stand the teams better in both sections having more games that are competitive and would likely lead to tighter leagues if teams are playing each other twice. Too many matches this year that were a waste of time for both teams.

Donaghmore, Killyman, Castlederg, Brocagh would be only 4 that I would say haven't been competitive this year
