I have watched (and enjoyed) Hijack.  Is there anything else worth watching on the platform?
Black Bird. Super show.
The Morning Show is much better than I thought it would be.
Slow Horses.

Slow horses is excellent ok. Couldn't warm to bad sisters at all and that would normally be my sorta thing. Ted Lasso is the biggest bag of shite, anybody other than Jason Sudekis in the lead and that show sinks without a trace.

Couldn't get into Bad Sisters at all. Didn't bother finishing it. A rare miss by Horgan.

Was convinced by multiple people to give Ted Lasso a go. Can't for the life of me see the appeal for non Americans although the wife enjoyed the first series. Harmless enough. We gave up two episodes into the second one. Heard the third was absolute dogshit.

Have finally started Top Boy (from the Ch 4 originals) and am really enjoying it. Suffered through The Woman in the Wall from beginning to end. Terrible shite altogether which does a disservice to its terribly complex subject matter.

Bad Sisters was a brilliant watch. That Danish actor who played the husband should have got multiple awards for his performance.

Only Murders in the Building finished Season 3 this week in the US. Happily (if a bit implausibly) they're set up for Season 4 with another apparent murder.

Only Murders is very watchable without being brilliant.
Just started watching Gen V on Prime set in the same world as The Boys.
Some very funny out there moments so far.

Watched one of the Walking Dead spin off series there, Dead City. Not great.

The Walking Dead was great originally, but personally I lost interest. There are only so many times they could do the Rick-against-the-formidable-enemy thing before it got stale, especially with plenty of other stuff to watch. Once Andrew Lincoln left the show, I quit it.

A few mentioned Ted Lasso. Think it was originally popular, at least in the states, because it was "nice ", for lack of a better word. Some relaxing escapism in that horrible summer of 2020.

The All Creatures Great and Small remake fills sort of the same role for me these days. Or the Bake Off. No great stakes. Just people being nice!

Nah, I found the acting hammy as f**k from pretty much everyone except Horgan and the one with the patch. Eve Hewson and the two insurance lads were unbearable.

Watching The Long Shadow on ITV at the moment, dramatisation of The Yorkshire Ripper decent watch.  The police don't cover themselves in glory

A hard no from me. Pile of shite.

Excellent show - blitzed through it the last couple of nights

Don't know how long its been knocking about but Justified is back (Justified Primeval). If you liked the original you'll like this, splashed some money on casting too. On Disney

Blowitupref

Steve Coogan portrayal of Jimmy Savile on The Reckoning is chilling and alarmingly accurate.

Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Armamike

Coogan seems to capture Saville's character. Chilling and dark!
That's just, like your opinion man.

It's pretty good, very hard to look at the 2 gruff Yorkshire Cops who takeover and not immediately see Vic & Bob tho.
