Guys, I' looking to buy 8 new, or if available, 8 reconditioned business PC's. Looking on the usual sites. Was wondering if anyone could recommend a good site where good deals can be had?

Depends on your price range/level of expertise. If you can build your own PCs you'll save a bundle in terms of buying one of the same spec. You don't need anything particularly crazy spec-wise unless you're planning on doing video editing or 3D programming.

http://www.ebuyer.com/613262-acer-aspire-xc-603-desktop-pc-dt-sulek-004? is a pretty great deal for a barebones computer that is quite energy efficient. You'd need to get Windows (by whatever means) though.
